Steve & Andrea's is family-owned and family-run. Steve has been behind the counter — or just close to it — for 50 years. The diner sits at 298 Park Ave in downtown Rutherford, a short walk from the NJ Transit station: close enough that morning commuters slip in for Taylor ham, egg & cheese before the train, and close enough that the same families come back on weekends with their kids.
We open early and close mid-afternoon. Tue–Sat 7:30am–3:30pm · Sun 8am–2pm. We're closed Mondays so the kitchen — and the family — can rest.
Come in for the pancakes. Come back because it feels like your neighborhood place.
